These two lovely girls popped into DC Hardy for a quick nail trim - a small part of grooming, but an important one for their overall welfare.

Keeping your dog’s nails at a healthy length helps them walk comfortably, maintain a natural posture and move freely. Nails that become too long can affect the way a dog places their feet and, over time, may contribute to discomfort and changes in gait.

So, even when a full groom isn’t needed, those little maintenance visits matter.

Happy feet = happy dogs! 🐾

💕 Our beautiful senior girl is an absolute dream throughout her groom - such a good girl from start to finish.

But once the grooming is done, Poppy isn’t quite ready to leave…

First, she takes a little well-earned time to relax in her favourite spot (the salon chair)
perfectly positioned for some serious people-watching.

Because apparently, someone needs to supervise the salon, keep an eye on staff performance and make sure everyone is behaving themselves! 😂

Mum might think she’s coming to collect her dog… but Poppy has clearly got a shift to finish.
