This was all about gentle introductions. She enjoyed a bath, a little time with the hand dryer, and a couple of nails trimmed before she started to feel a bit overwhelmed.

As always, we finished on a positive note and let Nell set the pace. Mum has already booked her next three appointments to help build her confidence step by step. 💕

💕 Willow, our elegant senior Whippet, came in feeling a little nervous about her pamper session.

After a relaxing bath and some time with our quieter stand dryer, she soon began to relax with plenty of gentle reassurance, cuddles, and patience.

After a full pamper session, Oscar chose a sleek, short clip-off—perfect for life on the road and all the adventures ahead.

We started his introduction gently with a bath & dry and nail trim to help build his confidence. Normally we would also introduce puppies to paw pad, hygiene and face tidies, but little Buster was starting to feel a little overwhelmed, so we stopped there to ensure his experience stayed calm, positive and stress-free

Creating trust and confidence is always more important than rushing the process 💕
