π΄π A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY ππ΄
At Sugarloaf Equestrian, we completely understand that sometimes plans change and things crop up unexpectedly! π₯° However, we kindly ask all our existing and new customers to familiarise themselves with our cancellation policy.
Our lovely horses rely on us to provide them with the very best care, food and everything they need to keep them happy and healthy. π΄β€οΈ To do this, we need to keep our lessons as full as possible. When a lesson is cancelled at short notice, it can be difficult for us to fill that space, meaning we lose valuable income that helps us care for our wonderful horses.
β¨ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY β¨
π 48 hours' notice or more: No cancellation fee
will be charged.
π Less than 48 hours' notice: A Β£10 cancellation fee will apply if you let us know that you or your child will no longer be attending their booked lesson.
π On the day of the lesson: The full lesson fee will be payable.

WHEN DO WE NEED TO BE NOTIFIED?
We require at least 48 hours' notice before the day of your lesson to avoid a cancellation fee.
For example:
π If your lesson is on Saturday, we need to be notified by Thursday.
π If your lesson is on Sunday, we need to be notified by Friday.
This gives us time to offer the space to another rider and keep our lessons full. Every filled space helps us continue to provide the very best care for our four-legged friends! π₯π΄
We know that unexpected things happen, and we really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us keep Sugarloaf running and ensure our horses continue to receive all the love and care they deserve. β€οΈ
