After much thought and consideration, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close our doors. Sadly, due to financial pressures, it’s no longer possible for us to continue running the business.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who has supported us – from your first order to your kind messages, reviews, and recommendations. Serving you and your pets has truly meant the world to us.

Refunds:

As part of the liquidation process, refunds can no longer be processed directly by us. If you’re awaiting a refund, please reach out to your bank or payment provider — they’ll be able to assist you in claiming your funds. We understand this isn’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

This isn’t goodbye to the community we’ve built – just the end of this chapter. We’re so grateful for your loyalty and trust, and we hope we’ve made a small difference in your pets’ lives along the way.

Raw Pet Foods is looking for a friendly, hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team. As part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for serving customers with a smile, handling payments, and ensuring our shop runs smoothly day to day. No formal qualifications are needed, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

*Key Responsibilities* (not exhaustive):

• Serve customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Process cash and card payments efficiently.
• Assist customers with packing frozen and dried goods.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Handle phone orders with professionalism.
• Pack orders for local customers and those shipping via DPD.
• Have basic knowledge of dogs, including common food allergies and dietary needs, to assist customers with product choices.

*Skills and Attributes*:

• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Friendly, polite, and able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to think on your feet.
