Getting closer to the shortest day

04/12/2023

Halymyres Farm are looking for exceptional people to collaborate on our new venture for 2024.

Our Alternative Education Provision aims to bring together young people from Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire who have chosen a home education or are struggling with mainstream school.

Through animal therapy, we hope to create a positive environment for young people to engage socially whilst increasing their confidence and self-esteem.

To support young people and their families, we are looking for part time or self employed team members with some of the following skills:

Qualified teachers
Student teachers
Educators with experience of ACE’s, support for learning, ADHD and Autism.

Our ideal team member would be comfortable around animals and in the great outdoors, self motivated, organised and possess an abundance of empathy.

If this sounds like you, please get in touch with Lorna on 07887 541298 to discuss further or pop a message to us at [email protected]

Situated in Stonehaven just south of Aberdeen, Halymyres provide horse / pony riding lessons and range of activities including dressage, birthday party, pony club and more. We also have a range of horses for sale.
