🐶✨ Warning: Extreme Cuteness Incoming! ✨🐶

We’re not saying our job is the best… but getting to cuddle little faces like these definitely helps 😍🐾

These gorgeous pups popped in to see us and completely melted the whole team 💙 (productivity may have briefly dropped… for obvious reasons!)

But behind all the snuggles and puppy-dog eyes, there’s something super important to think about…

💉 Puppy Vaccinations = Superpower Protection! 🦸‍♂️

Your tiny bundle of chaos might look invincible, but they still need protection from some nasty diseases like:
🐾 Parvovirus
🐾 Distemper
🐾 Leptospirosis
🐾 Hepatitis

🛡️ Vaccinations help build their immunity so they can grow up happy, healthy, and ready for all their adventures (and mischief 😄).

📅 Puppies usually start their vaccines at 6–8 weeks old, with follow-ups a few weeks later — and then they’re on their way to exploring the world safely!

REUNITED WITH OWNER 🥰
FOUND CAT – PLEASE SHARE 🐾

Does anyone recognise this handsome boy?

He was found sitting at the side of the road and is believed to have been involved in a road traffic accident. Thankfully, he currently has no obvious signs of serious injury.

He is not microchipped and not neutered.

If you recognise him or think he may belong to you, please contact us as soon as possible on 01538 360222.

📍 Found locally – please share to help us reunite him with his owner.

The animals have been whispering again… 🐾

Apparently today is Pat’s 60th birthday! Pat will absolutely say “no fuss please,” but if anyone happens to be passing and would like to pop in with a quick hello, we’re sure it would secretly make the day.

No singing required… unless the dogs start it. 🐶🐱

🐾 Meet Tonka 🐾

A little fun fact about him — he was born with no hair. Because of that, he has to stay nice and warm with cozy blankets and little jumpers.

This photo was taken while he was in for some skin biopsies, being the brave little man he is. Even at the vet he still wanted his toys and a comfy blanket. 🧸

He may look a little different, but that just makes him extra special. And if you ask me, he pulls off the hairless look pretty well! 🐶✨

🐶 How to Brush Your Dog’s Teeth

Keeping your dog’s teeth clean is easier than you think! Follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Let them taste the toothpaste
Put a small amount of dog toothpaste on your finger or a toy and let them lick it. Do this daily for 3–5 days so they get used to the flavour.

2️⃣ Start with your finger
Gently rub the toothpaste onto their teeth and gums using your finger. Keep it short and positive.

3️⃣ Try a finger brush
Once they’re comfortable, switch to a soft finger brush. Take your time — this can take a couple of weeks.

4️⃣ Move to a toothbrush
Wet the brush, add toothpaste, and start with just a few teeth at a time. Gradually build up as your dog gets used to it.

5️⃣ Focus on the gum line
Lift the lips (no need to open the mouth fully) and brush gently where the teeth meet the gums.

✨ Top tips:
• Always use dog toothpaste (never human toothpaste)
• Keep sessions short and positive
• Reward and praise after brushing
• Daily brushing gives the best results

A healthy mouth = a happier dog! 🦷💙

🐾 A little message from the animals… 🐾

A few tails have been wagging and a little bird has chirped that on 12th March, Pat will be turning 60.

Pat wouldn’t want any big fuss at all, but if any of our long-standing clients are passing by and fancy popping in to say hello, it would be lovely to see some familiar faces.

No banners, no fanfare — just a friendly hello.
