We have JUST been informed that the road will be closed tomorrow from 930 am till 330pm, side roads are open and Iv been told you should still have access to the shop. Please plan your routes with extra time to ensure on time drop offs and collections.

Amy and Vinney entered their first grooming competition a few weeks ago! They entered the Salon Asian fusion class, They only went and won 😍 what a fantastic start to their new adventure 🤩😍 Vinneys Rosettes, trophy and medal came through the post today and he’s very proud of them!

Due to needing to catch up with the rising costs of our overheads over the last 12 months as of the 1st of April 2026 there will be a £3 price increase on all grooms. This is to ensure we can continue to use the same fantastic, safe products we have used over the last 20 years, to ensure we keep to high standard grooming and most importantly keep time frames for dogs consistent and not rushed to ensure dog welfare is kept to the highest standards.

The snow is here and boy does it love the curly coated breeds! Vinney had his own collection of snow balls on his furry boots after his walk today!

Now I know a lot of you have seen the “whisk trick” but please don’t be fooled! This is not good or safe for your dog or their coat!

Using a whisk to get snow balls out of legs can damage and break the coat, it’s also pretty uncomfortable for your dog!

The best way to get rid of snow balls is to rinse them with luke warm water, use a gentle shampoo as skin can somtimes be a little tender from the extra cold temperatures and pulling on the skin from the heavy build up of snow, rinse the shampoo well, dry and brush out with your favorite deranging spray!
