Meet taylor, taylor is an 8 year old male french bulldog, taylor came in via the dog warden as a stray and he has not been re-claimed.

taylor will need an experienced owner.

taylor has now been in kennels several weeks now.... we have got to know him pretty well here.

since taylor has been in with us he has been very clean in the kennel and friendly with staff, he lets us put his harnesses on very well and is good on the lead.
we have also tried taylor with other dogs and he was very happy to see another female fenchie and also had kisses with her!, however taylor was not to happy when they did have to be separated, we have also noticed that taylor does not like to be behind closed gates/doors and separated from the other dog, taylor would need a free roaming home.

ideally we think taylor needs a home possibly with another dog or on his own with no children or visiting children in the house.

daxter is now available for re-homing,

meet daxter, faxter is a male 6 year old x collie/staffie, daxter has come in through no fault of his own at all.

we have been told that daxter is house trained, generally good with other dogs, cats and travels well, children is unknown. daxter can however jump fences if unattended.

in the kennels daxter is a very good boy for staff, he is good on the lead and knows his commands very well, daxter is also more comfortable around female staff, daxter loves fusses and attention from us and seems very well trained, however daxter has no recall.

we have also been told that daxter can wait in the house very well and doesn't bark and just likes to sleep if left for short periods.

we think daxter would suit a family where he can get lots of attention and exercise and his owners would need a secure garden, daxter also likes toys and has plenty of them to come with him!

Meet Russula!, russula is an approx 4 year old x dane, russula came in via the dog warden service and he has never been re-claimed or even microchipped :( he has come in also very underweight

russula has now been in kennels over a month now and he has had some interest but not reserved yet.

since russula has been in kennels he has been a very good boy for us and no trouble at all, he waits patiently in his kennel and he is also very clean in his kennel.

out of the kennel russula can have a pull on his lead due to his very large size, he can get excited when he sees other dogs but he doesn't do much about that, he hops on the spot and then carries on, he has also been out of the kennel with children and is very nice with treats and has been gentle around them but he does not know any commands yet.

due to russulas large breed and size he will need an owner/owners who can handle him on walks and will have knowledge on his breed. we would describe russula as a large friendly boy here who needs an experienced home.

his favorite things to do are wipe his feet after a wee to kick up as much leaves and mud as he can and lean in for a cuddle!

we are making visitors aware that daxter is here but he is kept away in another secure block for his own safety in case he climbs or jumps out of his kennel, daxter cleared a 3 foot desk here yesterday!🙃

to meet daxter please ask us about him as he will not be on the same row as the other dogs.

we will post more on daxter as we get to know him, daxter is a 6 years old collie x staffie, fully neutered and vaccinated and he has come in through no fault of his own at all.

meet paddy, paddy is an 8 year old male lurcher, paddy came in via the dog warden service and has never been re-claimed, we have given paddys owner enough time to collect him and no contact has been made since.

We have been told by members of the community paddy can be a roamer and he does not like cats.

Since paddy has come into us he has been a good boy for us but he can get a little anxious at times, paddy likes to be free range and enjoys being outdoors.

Paddy is extremely good on the lead and doesn't pull us at all here, he is also verh velcro with us too!, paddy doesn't mind the other dogs and seems fine with socialising, we wouldnt be sure of smaller animals but its a no for cats.

Paddy is now looking for his furever home where he can get all exercise and attention that he needs, he is quite a laid back lad who would possibly fit in well with similar breeds.

Children 8+ and no cats.
