How beautiful is she turning out! 🥹🫶🏼 She’s named after her mum, who I also bred, along with her nan, so she’s extra special to me. She is the type of Mini Lop I’ve always hoped to produce, and I honestly love everything about her. I’d probably go as far as saying she’s the best doe I’ve produced since going into showing. 🥹🩷

Even though I breed Mini Lops that carry the Vienna gene, since getting into showing I’ve also started breeding Mini Lops that don’t carry Vienna. Regardless of whether they carry the gene or not, I’ve always bred with the same goal in mind — to continually improve type and produce Mini Lops that meet the BRC standard as closely as possible. Type has always been so important to me, and I’ve never wanted to breed purely for colour or markings.

I knew from the moment Darcy was a baby that there was something special about her and that I just had to keep her… and I’m so glad I did! 🥹🫶🏼🩷
