💛 A Little Business Update 💛

I honestly can't believe I'm writing this, but I am now fully booked until October!

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my little business and trusted me with their bookings. When I started this journey, I never imagined I'd be this busy, and I'm genuinely overwhelmed by all the support I've received.

To make sure I can continue providing the best possible service to all of my existing clients (and make sure I take a little time to recharge myself too!), I won't be taking on any new bookings or additional services between now and October.

If we already have a meet and greet arranged, don't worry — these will still be going ahead as planned. 😊

I'm also more than happy for people to get in touch and enquire about services from October onwards, and I can add you to my diary for future bookings.

Thank you all again for keeping me so busy and helping my business grow. Your support means more than you'll ever know. 🥰❤️

Sam would like you all to know that he's going for a walk... just in case you somehow missed the announcement! 🤣

The excitement starts before we've even left the front door, complete with woofs, barks, and what can only be described as a public service announcement to the entire neighbourhood. 🐶🎉

Safe to say somebody loves walkies! ❤️🐾

Apologies for being a little quiet on here over the last week!

I've been keeping busy with dog walks, companion visits, home help visits, cat drop-ins, and my care work, so it's been a very full schedule.

This was after an hour's walk in the rain this morning, got back, I got changed to head out to work, then on the descent downstairs the mayhem started with her nipping at my feet... 😂 OK I may have encouraged it slightly! But anyone else have a dog who's as wild as mine? 😂🐶

I just want to take a moment to say how truly privileged I am.

Being trusted to look after people’s furry friends and beloved family members is something I never take for granted. The fact that I’m also trusted with the keys to your homes is such a privilege, and I feel genuinely privileged to be given that level of trust.

One of the common factors I really enjoy is the fact that I’m helping people out, whether that’s caring for their pets, supporting their routines, or simply giving them peace of mind while they’re away. I always aim to treat everything with the same love, patience, and respect I would want for my own.

I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who puts their trust in me. It genuinely means the world, and I don’t take a single bit of it for granted. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Dolly has been keeping me entertained during my drop-in visits! 🐱✨

When she's not busy supervising everything I do, she's showing off some brilliant playtime poses that are equal parts funny and fabulous. She definitely knows how to make every visit memorable and keeps me smiling with her playful personality.

It's always lovely seeing pets relaxed and happy in their own homes, sticking to their usual routines and enjoying some one-to-one attention while their owners are away.

I think it’s safe to say I may have a slight blanket addiction… but when dogs come to stay with me, comfort is guaranteed 😂🐾

Some people collect shoes, I apparently collect fluffy blankets for dogs 🛋️💛

Whether they want to curl up, burrow under a blanket, or spread themselves across every soft surface possible, there’s always somewhere cosy for them to relax and feel at home here 🥰

Now I need to know… what’s your dog’s favourite thing to cuddle up in? Blankets, beds, the sofa… or your clean washing? 😂

It was such a lovely companionship visit the other day ☕
One of those simple, comforting afternoons that really means a lot.

What made it extra special was the thoughtfulness shown — they even got me my own gluten free biscuits so I could join in properly when we had a cuppa and biscuits together. It’s the little things like that which make the visit feel so shared and relaxed.

Feet up, tea on the go, a hot cross bun on the plate, and good company all around 🤍

📅 A little note about my availability calendar!

I've had a few enquiries from people who have seen "BOOKED" on my calendar and assumed that means I'm unavailable for dog boarding.

When viewing the calendar, the first word you'll see is usually "BOOKED", but if you click on or open the booking, it will tell you exactly what service I'm booked for. Each type of booking also has its own symbol, making it easier to tell them apart.

🐾 If you're looking for dog boarding availability, please only pay attention to the bookings that are specifically titled Boarding. A booking for dog walking, drop-ins, home help, companionship, babysitting, or other services doesn't necessarily mean I can't accept boarding enquiries.

Most of my non-boarding bookings simply mean I'm out of the house for a short period of time, usually no more than a few hours.

If you're ever unsure, please just send me a message and I'll be happy to check availability for you. 😊
