One of the great things about staying at Greenacres Campsite is that if you've left an essential item at home, you may not have to go far to find a replacement.

Our shop stocks a range of camping essentials, including tent pegs, electric hook-up leads, air beds, cooking gas, charcoal, sleeping bags, camping accessories and plenty of other useful bits and bobs to help keep your holiday running smoothly.

Whether it's a last-minute camping emergency or something you've simply run out of, pop into the shop and see what we have available.

We're always looking to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible! 😊

🚧 We told you there was more to come! 🚧

Last week we shared our new swings, and we're delighted to see they've already been well used and thoroughly enjoyed by our younger guests! 😊

As promised, we're not stopping there. The boys have been hard at work this week building the next addition to our play area, and the new climbing frame is really starting to take shape.

There's still plenty to do, but we couldn't resist giving you a sneak peek of the progress so far. We're excited to continue improving the campsite and creating even more fun for families staying with us.

✨ New in Our Gift Shop! ✨

We've recently added these beautiful handmade jewellery pieces to our gift shop, lovingly created in the Forest of Dean by The Little Gallery in the Forest. We absolutely love them and hope you do too! ❤️

While you're browsing, you'll also find delicious locally produced honey, delightful hand-poured candles, and plenty of other unique treasures that make wonderful gifts for someone special—or a well-deserved treat for yourself.

Supporting local makers and producers is something we're passionate about, and we're delighted to be able to showcase such fantastic local products here at Greenacres Campsite.

🎶 Looking for something to do this Sunday? 🎶

The Faddle Fair is taking place in Coleford this Sunday and it's just a 15-minute walk from Greenacres Campsite! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It's always a fantastic day out, with live music, great food and drinks, and a wonderful selection of artisan, craft, vintage and community stalls to browse. Whether you're looking for a unique gift, a tasty bite to eat, or simply a lovely atmosphere to soak up, there's something for everyone.

If you'd rather drive than walk, there's free parking available too! 🚗

If you're staying with us this weekend, why not head into town and enjoy everything the fair has to offer? ❤️

📢 New Defibrillator Installed at Greenacres Campsite ❤️

We're pleased to announce that a defibrillator has now been installed at Greenacres Campsite.

The unit is located at the entrance to the campsite, at the bottom of the drive, making it easily accessible not only for our guests but also for members of the local community should it ever be needed.

Having a defibrillator readily available can make a vital difference in an emergency, and we're proud to be able to provide this potentially life-saving equipment for both visitors and local residents.

We hope it never has to be used, but it's reassuring to know that help is close at hand if needed.

Please help us spread the word so that everyone in the local area knows where it is located.

We’ve just installed a brand new set of swings at Greenacres Campsite 😊

It’s the beginning of building up a little kids’ area on site and we’re excited to keep adding more over time 🌿

We love making the campsite even more family friendly, and we know these are going to be a hit with the younger campers this summer ☀️
