🐰 Pick Ups - Tuesday 1st Sept.

We have 20 guests leaving us tomorrow! Please can I ask that customers try to come as close as possible to their pre-booked pick up time.

I get your pets ready about 5-10 minutes before I am expecting you. If you arrive early they may not be ready, this ends up with us getting a traffic jam of customers at the door and in the street while I stop what Im doing and go to get your pets 🙈

Continental Giants like Peggy can weigh as much as a small dog, they need lots of space ( and food!! )

Obi likes to sit with the bunnies when they are outside in the garden. I think he may actually think hes a bunny 🙈😅

🏝 Availability.

🐹We currently have 2 indoor spaces available for guinea pigs. Available to book now and over the Bank Holiday weekend.

🐰For rabbits we have indoor accommodation available between now and Friday 28th Aug.

Then indoor accommodation available from 2nd Sept onwards.

Outdoor accommodation available from 8th Sept onwards.

🚨Following last nights emergency alert I wanted to reassure customers that we have (and always have had) an emergency evacuation plan in place.

We ask that customers bring their pets in secure plastic carrys cases and leave them with us, and this is one of the reasons why.

In an emergency evacuation they are sturdy and can be stacked in a vehicle ( fabric carriers or cardboard boxes cant be stacked ).

If they get wet they won't collapse (a cardboard box will fall apart).

If an animal needed to be in a carrier for an extended period of time they can easily be cleaned, water bottles attached to them and pets cant chew through plastic , unlike fabric or cardboard.

In an evacuation situation where possible pets will be placed into their own carriers and moved to safety in the house or loaded into our cars and driven to safety.

Customers would be contacted immediately.

This is why its important for us to have an emergency contact on file that is NOT travelling with you!! Once the immediate danger is over we would contact you with an action plan.

Hopefully we will never need to evacuate, in Summer we usually have between 40-50 guests with us so it would be a huge operation removing everyone safely while not putting human life at risk.
