We’re delighted to welcome our brand new Registered Veterinary Nurse, Jess, to the team.

Having recently graduated, Jess is excited to meet all the lovely pets who come through our doors and start her nursing journey with us. 💕

In her spare time, Jess volunteers with the British Diver Marine Life Rescue, where she helps care for injured seals. 🦭

This gorgeous boy came to see us for his castration procedure, and just look at that face. 😍

To help Hugo feel more comfortable during his visit, his family brought along a blanket smelling of home and his favourite toy for some familiar comfort. 🧸

Little things like these can make a big difference. As part of our Fear Free approach, we aim to reduce fear, anxiety and stress wherever possible, helping our patients feel safe, secure and comfortable while they’re in our care. 💕

If you request flea and worm treatment from us, please note that we can only hold your order for 14 days.

We are currently receiving a large number of requests, but unfortunately many treatments are not being collected. The photo below shows just half of the treatments we have had to return to stock this week due to non-collection.

To help us manage stock and ensure medication is available for everyone who needs it:

✔️ Please allow 3 working days for your order to be prepared
✔️ We no longer send collection reminder messages, so please make a note of when your treatment will be ready
✔️ If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, please let us know.
