Meet Woody. 💙

This happy boy is one of our very own staff pets and we think he deserves a little moment in the spotlight.

Less than 3 weeks ago, Woody had one of his legs amputated due to cancer. Thanks to the incredible surgical skills of our vet surgeon Grahame, alongside the wonderful veterinary and nursing care from our Stockton team, Woody has been making a fantastic recovery. 🥰

And the best part? He’s as happy as ever and is already back to playing with his favourite toys.

Dogs like Woody show us just how wonderfully adaptable our four legged friends can be. With a little time, lots of love and the right care they can continue to enjoy the things that make them happiest. 💕

A huge thank you to Grahame and our amazing Stockton team for taking such wonderful care of this very special boy.

He has a long journey ahead of him, but we’re confident he can fight this! 💪

This is a remarkable accomplishment for our whole team and something we’ve worked hard to achieve because we believe your pet’s emotional wellbeing is just as important as their physical wellbeing.

From the moment your pet walks through our doors, we want them to feel safe, comfortable and understood. Fear and anxiety shouldn’t have to be part of a visit to the vets and we’re committed to doing everything we can to make their experience a positive one. 🐶🐱

We’re delighted to welcome our brand new Registered Veterinary Nurse, Jess, to the team.

Having recently graduated, Jess is excited to meet all the lovely pets who come through our doors and start her nursing journey with us. 💕

In her spare time, Jess volunteers with the British Diver Marine Life Rescue, where she helps care for injured seals. 🦭

We’re sure you’ll join us in giving Jess a very warm welcome.

This gorgeous boy came to see us for his castration procedure, and just look at that face. 😍

To help Hugo feel more comfortable during his visit, his family brought along a blanket smelling of home and his favourite toy for some familiar comfort. 🧸

Little things like these can make a big difference. As part of our Fear Free approach, we aim to reduce fear, anxiety and stress wherever possible, helping our patients feel safe, secure and comfortable while they’re in our care. 💕

If you request flea and worm treatment from us, please note that we can only hold your order for 14 days.

We are currently receiving a large number of requests, but unfortunately many treatments are not being collected. The photo below shows just half of the treatments we have had to return to stock this week due to non-collection.

To help us manage stock and ensure medication is available for everyone who needs it:

✔️ Please allow 3 working days for your order to be prepared
✔️ We no longer send collection reminder messages, so please make a note of when your treatment will be ready
✔️ If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, please let us know.
