📣Important Booking Update📣

Dear customers,

From the 1st October 2026 we will be updating our deposit policy.

Unfortunately, late cancellations and changes can leave kennel and cattery spaces empty that we have previously turned other customers away for. Introducing a consistent deposit policy helps us manage our availability fairly and ensures spaces are reserved for those who need them.

🐾A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking price will be required for all bookings.
🐾Deposits will be required at the time of booking.
🐾A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it and received the required deposit.
🐾The remaining balance will be due as normal.

Any bookings made on or after 1st October 2026 will be subject to these terms.

We completely understand that plans can sometimes change, and our usual cancellation terms will continue to apply.

Our full Terms&Conditions can be found here:
lodgekennelsandcattery.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/

Thank you, as always, for your understanding and for continuing to trust us with your pets. We really do appreciate your support. ❤️
