A lovely new face at Monika’s Pet Grooming today 🐾❤️

Gorgeous Lakeland Terrier Chance came in for her hand strip, and what a transformation! 😍

Removing all that dead coat really brought back her beautiful natural colour and texture — and judging by the pile of coat, she definitely left a little lighter! 😂🐶

She was such a lovely girl and an absolute pleasure to have in the salon. ❤️

Gorgeous Baxter visited me for the very first time and what a transformation! 🥰🐾

From a very fluffy boy to this handsome little gentleman 😍✂️ Just look at that gorgeous face hiding underneath all that hair!

Baxter was such a lovely boy to have in the salon and I absolutely loved giving him his fresh new look. ❤️

I think we can all agree… Baxter scrubs up rather well! 😂😍

🖤 Meet gorgeous Nyx! 🖤

This beautiful 9-month-old German Shepherd visited me today for her first deshedding session since being adopted 🥰

Nyx is such a sweet, happy girl and absolutely FULL of energy! 😂🐾

I didn’t manage to get a photo of her in the bath… mainly because Nyx decided I needed a shower too! 😂💦

She wasn’t too sure about the dryer at first, but after a little while she realised it wasn’t so bad and we soon became friends. 🥰

And just look at all that coat we got out! 😱🖤 She left looking and feeling like a brand-new girl — fresh, fluffy and absolutely gorgeous. ✨

Such a pleasure meeting you today, Nyx. You were a little superstar and I can’t wait to see you again! 🐾🖤

🐾 Hand Stripping Day ✨

Two of my lovely regular girls, Maggie & Maisie, came to see me for their hand stripping sessions. 🥰❤️

Both girls are from different families, but they had one thing in common today — lots of coat ready to come out! 😍

Hand stripping removes the dead outer coat by hand, helping to maintain the natural texture, colour and condition of a wire-haired coat. ✨

Just look at all that hair… and those gorgeous little faces afterwards! 🐶❤️

Always lovely having these two girls back in the salon. 🥰

Today was Piper’s very first visit to me for her full groom 🛁✂️

Piper was adopted by her lovely new family just a few weeks ago, and it makes me so happy knowing she has found such a wonderful, loving home. ❤️ She now has a little sister and brother who can’t wait to play with her when they get home from school. 🥰 Piper is certainly surrounded by lots of love, cuddles and fun in her new home. ❤️🐾

She was such a good girl for her groom! The only part she wasn’t too sure about was the dryer 🙈😂 but after about five minutes she realised it wasn’t so scary and let me dry her beautifully. Such a brave girl! 💗

It was an absolute pleasure meeting you today, Piper. Welcome to Monika’s Pet Grooming — I hope this is the first of many visits. 🥰🐶✂️

🦷✨ Teeth Cleaning!✨🦷

I had the pleasure of cleaning the teeth of three lovely dogs — Teddy, Max & Rose 🐶🐶🐶

Each of them came to me with very different levels of plaque and tartar, so every clean was a little different — but just look at those before & after results! 😍✨

It’s always so satisfying to see the difference a good dental clean can make. Cleaner teeth, fresher breath and, most importantly, helping to maintain good oral hygiene. 🦷💗

They were all absolute stars for me! ⭐️

It was such a pleasure having these two beautiful German Wirehaired Pointers in for their very first groom with me yesterday. 🐾❤️

Both girls were absolute stars and so lovely to work with. They were so well behaved, and both of them loved having cuddles! 🥰 They were such sweet girls and made my job a real pleasure.

Their coats are looking and feeling fantastic after their full hand-stripping. ✨

I really wanted to take some more photos of the girls after their grooms, but unfortunately my phone ran out of battery and I didn’t have my charger with me — my daughter had taken it! 😂📱

She’s been coming to me regularly for her little grooms — a bath, nail trim and a bit of pampering. 🛁✂️💅

7 years old and still looking absolutely fabulous! 🥰✨

I honestly can’t believe how quickly the years have gone. She’s such a little sweetheart and I’m so lucky to have watched her grow into such a gorgeous little lady. 💕🐹

Yesterday I had three handsome boys — Ozzy, Freddy & Biscuit — and one beautiful little girl, Ruby! 🐶🐶🐶🎀

They were all absolute superstars and left looking fresh, fluffy and fabulous! ✨🐾
