🙏Tradespeople Recommendations please 🙏
🆘️I need your help...🆘️
As you know, I've managed to achieve the certificate of lawfullness (change of use) on the Irvine property.
My current situation is answering Building warrant questions. Until the property passes the building warrant, i am unable to start work on the property.
I thought, however, i'd try and be prepared to start.

Can you please let me know of any recommendations of plumbers, electricians ( who can issue an electrical safety certificate), gas engineers (who can offer gas safety certificates and can service a commercial property), general joiners who can lay LVT flooring or someone who can deal with the whole lot 😅

❤️Thank you very much ❤️

❤️Little Update ❤️
✨️The change of use application has been accepted on the new shop... Hurrah!...✨️
However...
The building warrant application is still pending with an abundance of queries which I have passed to my agent.🤯
So, i can run a grooming business from the shop but cant, at the moment, carry out the work needed to refurbish the place.
Anyone work in NAC planning?🫣😂🤯
So again, we wait for the next step. But at least the change of use approval is a step in the right direction 👌
🤩❤️Thank you for your patience ❤️🤩
