Elevate your horsemanship with a day of theoretical and practical training at our yard working hands on with our horses at various stages of backing and behavioural training.

The day includes-

⭐ Equine behaviour theory and horsemanship fundamentals
⭐ Work through our principles of horsemanship with hands on experience with our horses
⭐ Learn the techniques and stages on how we back horses ethically and with confidence
⭐ Advanced theory and problem solving
⭐ Liberty demonstration and principles
⭐ How to ride bridleless
⭐ Applying horsemanship and clear communication in ridden work
⭐ End the day with a case study working with one of our horses in a small group, guided by us to take the next step in the horses training.

First sit on Fionn our oversized Connemara who will be available at some point (although I have already fallen for him) . Breaking down the problem so each step is only a little bit more challenging than the last, setting him up for success and a positive first experience!

GO Equine will soon be offering Specialist Behavioural Training & Backing Livery, designed for horses that need a correct, calm and structured approach to training.

We specialise in working with horses that may be labelled as “difficult” as well as young horses needing the right start under saddle.

Our training focuses on building trust, clear communication and strong foundations, helping horses become confident, safe and willing partners.

Training services include:

• Restarting horses needing a fresh approach
• Confidence building for horse and rider
