Hi everyone!

I’m having to pause on taking new clients for full grooms at the moment. That being said I will post when that changes and if the odd appointment comes available in the meantime 😊

To my existing clients firstly, thankyou for keeping me so busy! I am quickly getting booked up for Christmas 🎄 so I do recommend booking a few appointments ahead when you’re next here.

Polite notice to all my customers 🩶

If you need to cancel or rearrange appointments please give me 48 hours notice where possible so there is no cancellation fee. This will be 100% of the groom cost before rebooking with me. With keeping the salon open by myself I simply cannot afford to lose income, someone else will also be waiting for an appointment to come up. I’m so grateful for everyone that chooses me to groom their dogs and I’ve always been very fair, but continuous loss of earnings means I wont be able to keep the place open 🩶

Please turn up on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule or cancel the appointment due to the knock on effect is has on my schedule. A fee will apply 🩶

I try to reply to messages/answer calls when I can but I’m currently working very long days so whilst I appreciate your patience I will call you back when physically possible. All my focus and attention is on the dogs I’m working with at that time 🩶

If you have any special requirements for your dogs before visiting, please let me know beforehand so I can give your dogs the best experience 🩶
