Buddy is officially a WALKING Buddy!! 🐾

Buddy has been part of the Walking Buddies family for a while now with a few puppy visits and pet sits, but he’s officially started his walks with us! 🥹

And he gets to do it alongside his big brother Oakley, who loves his walks but I’m sure will secretly love sharing them with his brother (eventually) 😂

With temperatures forecast to be high again this week, the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in our care will remain our top priority

I have messaged all my clients direct to alter to early morning group walks in woodland shaded areas with plenty water
or pet visits
or cancellations if necessary

Hot weather can be dangerous for dogs, and it's important to remember that they can overheat very quickly

A few tips for keeping your dog safe:
💧 Ensure fresh water is always available
🌳 Seek shade whenever possible
🔥 Avoid walking during the hottest parts of the day
🐾 Check pavements with the back of your hand – if it's too hot for you, it's too hot for their paws
😮 Watch for signs of heat stress such as excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, or difficulty breathing

Two Left Feet Tap is again putting on Haigh Scrufts – the dog show with a difference!
Sunday 13th September - 11am - 3pm in the Walled Gardens

Your dog will be judged on the waggiest of tails, best party trick, quickest sit, and much more.
With a DJ, Street Food and bar, Doggy accessory and treat stalls, Doggy Charites, fun for all the family – it’s a day out not to be missed. 🎶🍔🍕🍻🦴

Entry to the show is free, entry for your dogs to competitions is £4 online, at: https://www.haighscrufts.co.uk/
All entry monies will go to the Charities - Dogs For Good, RSPCA and Guide Dogs For The Blind.
