What incredible talent we have had on display today at Hinderwell Show in the Children’s Tent. Thank you so much to Oakridge, Lythe, Seton and St. Joseph’s schools for your commitment in ensuring that the children take part in our community show. Also huge thank you to all the mums and dads for encouraging your children to keep up with the tradition and being part of a long standing show and to the amazingly talented children for outstanding entries.
Lastly huge thank you to Jenny, Hannah, Molly and Gerry for all your hard work today - I couldn’t have done it without you all.
See you all next year. Xx

It's Show Day!

Today is all about saying Thankyou!

We would like to start by saying a huge Thankyou, once again, to the Barker Family for allowing us to use their fields to hold the show and for all their support over the year.
Thanks also go to Pete & Chris Prudom, for taking on the roles of joint Presidents. Pete & Chris have long been supporters of the show, entering many classes over the years.
Next we would like to thank all of our Judges, Stewards and Volunteers. You each have your own area of expertise and together you make the show what it is, Outstanding!
Obviously, a huge thankyou goes to each and everyone of you who support the show in any way big or small, from sponsoring a class, entering your garden produce or simply joining us on the day. Without you all, there would be no show!
A special mention goes to all of our Committee Members who put in such a tremendous amount of work throughout the year. I promise you can have a well earned rest after today!

We hope you all have a great day at the 155th annual Hinderwell Show today. Gates open at 9am. See you all soon.

1 Day to go! It's Show Day tomorrow! The field has been marked up, the good weather has been booked and all the last minute preparations are underway.
If you are joining us tomorrow we have plenty of different catering outlets joining us from Tea, Coffee and Cake to Chips & a Hog roast! And not forgetting the Bar! Or you can always bring a picnic! There will be plenty of ringside seating so you can watch the classes while enjoying your lunch.🍕🍭🌭🍦🍺🥂🧺
Please remember that while most places are able to take card payments, its always a good idea to have some cash with you just in case of technical issues.💷💳

NEW for 2026! Come and have a go at Hobby Horse Jumping! The ring is open from 10am - 2pm with unlimited entries at £3 a round. There are prizes for the quickest round in each category. Bring your own Hobby Horse or borrow one of ours!🐴🦄🐴🦄🐴🦄
