This is exactly why we say every cat is different! 🐾

Not just when it comes to temperament, but also when it comes to their coat type.

These three fur piles all came from long-haired cats, and none of them had any clipping or shaving — they were all simply given a good deshed.

As you can see, the amount of undercoat they shed can vary massively from cat to cat! Some just have a LOT more loose undercoat than others. 😂

So if your cat leaves behind what looks like an entire other cat after a deshed… don’t worry, they may just be particularly fluffy! 🐾😂

Every coat is different, and that’s why we always tailor our grooming to the individual cat. 💜
