A little reminder for all our lovely customers 🐾💗

As lateness has unfortunately become a more regular occurrence, our late collection policy will now be strictly enforced.

We completely understand that things happen, but when dogs are collected late it can have a knock-on effect on the rest of the day's appointments and our working hours.

Please make sure you're able to collect your dog at the agreed time. 💕 If you're running late, just let us know as soon as possible.
