🐾 A little update from Quintessential Cuts 🐾

As the grooming business continues to grow, I’ve had to put some clearer policies in place to help keep things running smoothly, safely and fairly for everyone. 💚
Unfortunately, unpaid missed appointment fees, last-minute cancellations, flea infestations and damage to grooming equipment have meant that some changes are now necessary. As much as I’d love to spend all my time pampering your gorgeous pooches, running a salon also comes with equipment, products and overheads that need covering! 🐶✂️

These policies aren’t about making things difficult or taking the fun out of your dog’s pamper day. They’re simply there to protect the business, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure I can continue providing the best possible care for every dog that walks through my door. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding wherever possible.

To all my wonderful, loyal customers who respect my time, pay promptly and trust me with your precious pups — thank you! 🥹❤️ Your continued support means more than you know. These policies are simply necessary to ensure fairness for everyone and to help keep Quintessential Cuts going strong.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness and continued support. Here’s to many more happy grooms, wagging tails and very pampered pooches! 🐾✨
