The salon is currently closed for a holiday 🏖️☀️

The doors will reopen Thursday 30th July and resume normal opening hours.

The new online booking system can still be accessed 24/7 for booking your pooches in. All phone calls, emails and messages will be responded to upon our return.

🚨 CUSTOMER ALERT 🚨

We are aware that temperatures this weekend are currently forecast to reach highs of 34°C over the next few days. At present, the salon will remain OPEN during this time.

We’ve taken steps to keep the salon as cool and comfortable as possible for your pooches:

🐾 Our AC in the main salon room will be running on cold
🐾 Windows will remain open for additional airflow
🐾 Three water bowls will be available throughout the salon
🐾 A cooling mat and fan will be available in our main crate, which will remain open for all pooches to come and go as they please

While the salon itself may be cool during this heat, cars and walkways are not ‼️

We kindly ask all clients bringing their pooches to the salon during this time to make an informed decision about whether their dog can safely manage the travel time, temperature and distance involved.

☀️ Please do not walk your dog to the salon from home.

☀️ Where possible, please use our new side entrance to reduce the amount of time your pooch needs to spend walking outside in the heat.

If you decide that travelling to the salon is not safe or comfortable for your pooch, please send us a message. We’ll be happy to help get them booked in on a date when travelling is easier.
