Sunday surprise! 🐾❤️

One of our lovely clients called us privately to say her girl was struggling to give birth. She was away on holiday and her dog was staying with a sitter, so she asked if we could help.

We opened our doors and stepped in to help deliver these wonderful little puppies safely. 🐶💕

We always try to help our clients when we can, especially when they need us most.

Thanks to our partnership with an experienced local veterinary surgeon, we’re now able to provide many of these complex procedures in-house at a more affordable price.

This means your pet can receive advanced care while staying with the same friendly team they know and trust, without compromising on the high standard of care we’re committed to providing.

Everyone, meet little Maddie! 🐾

A few weeks ago, Maddie’s mum and dad rushed her to us after she jumped off a wall. We carried out X-rays but couldn’t identify any obvious break or fracture, so we knew something wasn’t quite right.

To help us get to the bottom of it, we consulted an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Orthopaedics. Maddie was diagnosed with a tarsometatarsal luxation, a complex injury that can sometimes be difficult to detect on initial imaging.

Maddie then underwent specialist surgery at Perfect Vets, and we’re delighted to say she’s recovering brilliantly! ❤️

We’re also excited to share that we’re working towards partnering with an orthopaedic specialist, allowing us to offer orthopaedic referral services at Perfect Vets while keeping treatment as affordable as possible for our clients.

We’re so pleased with Maddie’s progress and can’t wait to watch her continue her recovery. Wishing you all the best, Maddie! 🐶💙

🐰💕 Meet Berk the rabbit! 💕

One of our lovely clients named their two rabbits after our team members – Berk and Kai. 🥹

There was just one tiny problem… it turned out that Kai wasn’t a boy after all! 😂

Before long, Berk got a little too excited… and the family suddenly had 5 adorable baby bunnies! 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇

To make sure there weren’t any more surprise arrivals, Berk has now been castrated. ❤️

And as for Kai? Well, she’s now officially been renamed Evie, after our wonderful Front of House team member! 🌸

Safe to say, it’s a story we’ll be smiling about for a long time! 😂💕

🐾 Meet this beautiful little Norfolk Terrier! 🐾

This lovely girl visited us this morning for her Animal Health Certificate, as she prepares for an exciting move to sunny Spain. 🇪🇸☀️

We completed all of the necessary travel documentation, ensuring she’s ready for a smooth and stress-free journey.

We’ve never met a dog who loves the vet as much as Scooby! Every time he visits, he’s wagging his tail and so excited to see the team. But we recently found out that Scooby has allergies. His immune system gets a bit confused and reacts to things like pollen or dust, making him itchy and uncomfortable.

We’ve actually seen a record number of dogs coming in lately with allergies, so we know this is a big issue for a lot of pups right now. Just a note: our consultation fee is £45. We’re so grateful to our vet team for helping Scooby and all these other dogs feel better. If your pup is ever itchy or uncomfortable, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love you, Scooby! ❤️🌝

Everybody meet Milo! 🐶

Milo came in to see us on Friday for his dental scale and polish, and he arrived looking incredibly smart in his bow tie. He was happy to be here and was an absolute star throughout his visit.

His brother, Sully, came to see us a few months ago, so there’s a bit of a family rivalry going on over who gets featured on our page! 😄

Milo was wonderful from start to finish, and after his dental treatment his teeth are looking brand new. We think he’s left here with a smile worthy of a holiday makeover!

Well done, Milo – you were a superstar! ⭐🦷
