We would like to wish our very own RVN Alex and her incredible horse Mills the best of luck 🍀

Alex qualified for the horse of the year show Welsh section D final.

This is something Alex from a young age always wanted to achieve. She's put so much work into this and tried so hard for the past 7 years. When sometimes she thought about giving up her dream it actually made her more determined.

Finally today her day has come 😁

Alex has said just attending this event is an honour and regardless of the outcome she is so pleased and is so excited to be a part of it.

Let's wish Alex and Mills Good Luck today 🤞😉

Today is Veterinary Receptionist Day! 🤗

A national day to recognise the hard work and dedication that our frontline team bring to their role!

You may think that being a Receptionist means just answering the phone and making appointments - but this is a diverse role that requires extensive training, including: how to triage patients over the phone - helping to recognise when your pet requires emergency care, supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative tasks to help their day run smoother, processing pet insurance claims and providing support to clients when the time comes to say goodbye to theirbeloved pets.
These are just a few of their talents and no matter how busy or stressful their day, they do it all with a smile!

Please join us in showing your appreciation for our amazing front of house team!❤️

Nimbus modelling himself in our cat area 😺

Nimbus came to see veterinary surgeon Ollie for his vaccination. He was so brave and actually enjoyed his little visit.

We just couldn't resist taking a picture of him 🤗

React to show how gorgeous he is ❤️

🧡💛 Rufus 💛🧡

Rufus came in for a stitch following an altercation with a wire fence.

He was such a brave boy, think he was secretly proud of himself and was more than happy to have his picture taken, doesn't he look proud.
