Information:
I hold pet sitting/visitor insurance although it is the owners responsibility to either hold their own Pet Plan/Pet cover or be prepared to pay veterinary costs I have incurred while caring for your pet/pets. When visiting pets homes It is also the owners responsibility to ensure that the environment I will be working in is safe and there is no risk of harm from the household or the
pets. If risks come to light, or false information has been given leading to increased risks for me, visits will cease immediately. Please leave cleaning products out for my use in case of mishaps: p**p scoop, cloth, kitchen roll, wipes, spray, bags for litter/mishaps, etc. I will not look in any of your cupboards or rooms with closed doors. When I stay at pets homes it is with the owners agreement that I care for them under their guidelines but that I can make day to day decisions about adapting their care if the need arises I.e if a pet is not eating very well I will adapt how food is given to encourage them. If an owner asks me to brush or bath their pets, give medication or similar tasks i will do this as safely and with as much care as possible. It is the owners responsibility to advise me of any issues I may have while undertaking these tasks so that no harm comes to the pet or myself. Payment:
The agreed balance can be paid either by Bacs or cash. Cash can be posted through my door or left at your address for me to collect. For a block booking while you are on holiday the full amount is to be paid before or on the first day of care. It must be cleared before pets are left in my care. If no payment is received visits will not start/will cease. Cancellation of visits must be done at the earliest opportunity, full payment will be required if less than 48 hour notice is given for all holiday care. Give Us A Call Or Message Now!
