I firstly want to thank everyone for their continued support and bringing me your lovely doggies! 🐶
I have always worked hard to try and keep my prices affordable and competitive. But unfortunately with the cost of insurances, products, equipment maintenance etc rising I have been taking a large hit recently. Because of this there is going to be a price increase starting from December 1st 2026.
Also a reminder on my policies…
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and No Shows require the full fee and no further appointments can be booked till this is paid.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment then I may have to cancel you and the full fee is still owed.
Please don’t be later than 10 minutes when collecting your dog. It can negatively affect the rest of my appointments and I don’t have the facilities to hold dogs for you and can be unfair on the large number of sensitive dogs I work with!
Matting charge- depending on severity of matting/knotting there will be an extra charge starting from £10
Phew I think that’s it! On a bright note here’s me and indie, the main man, the one who helps the nervous puppies in the salon, the one who I test all my funny haircuts on and the one who barks when you ring the bell 🤪
