Kara knows that Blue isn’t a fan of having his head dried, as it can make him feel a little upset. So, we take our time, go at his pace and make sure he feels safe, comfortable and happy throughout his groom. 🛁🐶💙
Because grooming isn’t just about making our dogs look beautiful on the outside — it’s about how they feel on the inside, too! ❤️
A happy dog is always the priority. 🐾 That’s what Kara teaches: patience, kindness, understanding and putting each dog’s needs first. Every dog is different, and it’s our job to listen to them, respect their feelings and make grooming a positive experience. 🥰

❤️ Sometimes, the most rewarding journeys are the ones that take a little longer.

Meet Churro, our gorgeous Cavapoo girl, who joined us back in February. 🐾

When Churro first came to us, she was a very anxious girl. Fast forward to now, and she’s absolutely loving life in daycare! ❤️

We’ve put together a little video (around 3½ minutes) to share her journey. If you have a few minutes to spare, we’d really appreciate you taking the time to watch it.

We wanted to show you a little of what happens behind the scenes, how we work with different dogs, and the time, patience and understanding that goes into helping them feel safe and happy.

Sometimes, it would be easier to turn a dog away when things aren’t straightforward. But the truth is, we don’t want to. Every dog is different, and where we can, we want to give them the chance to find their feet and feel that they belong. ❤️

Churro’s journey is a little reminder of why we do what we do. It’s not always easy, but seeing a dog go from anxious to genuinely happy makes it all worthwhile. 🐶❤️

Kayleigh is giving Missy her health check to make sure she’s happy, healthy and feeling her best! 🐶✨

We health check every one of our daycare dogs every day, allowing us to keep a close eye on their overall health and wellbeing. ❤️

These daily checks mean we can spot any changes or potential concerns early and let their parents know straight away. Early intervention can make a big difference, so it’s important to be proactive when it comes to the health and wellbeing of every dog in our care. 🐾🩷
