I wasn’t always a cat person but that completely changed when Cookie, my first cat, came into my life. He showed me just how loving, funny and full of personality cats can be, and I’ve loved them ever since.
With three cats of my own and my experience volunteering with the RSPCA, I’ve learnt that caring for cats isn’t only about feeding them or cleaning their litter trays. It’s about helping them feel safe, respecting what they need and noticing the smallest changes in their behaviour.
That’s why I care so much about giving every cat the patience, kindness and individual attention they deserve.
To me, they’re never “just a pet”, they’re family 🤍
