Who says playtime is just for kittens? A little daily play can make a big difference to your cat's physical and mental wellbeing, no matter their age!

Does your cat still love to play? What's their favourite toy?

In a serious relationship with her catnip toy 🤍

It’s the little moments that make this job so special! A cat settling beside you for some fuss. One deciding that your lap is the place to be. Another happily relaxing in their favourite spot while you’re there. Or simply coming over to see what you’re up to. They’re all such small things, but every cat shows their trust differently and getting to know those little differences is one of the things I love most about what I do. Some want all the cuddles, some are happy just having you nearby, and some take a little more time. There’s something really lovely about being allowed into their little world, however they choose to show it 🤍

Cats don’t need to be sitting on your lap to show they’re comfortable with you. Sometimes it’s the smaller things, staying in the same room, carrying on with their usual routine or slowly starting to show more of their personality. Every cat is different, and building that trust is one of the loveliest parts of cat sitting 🤍

Just paying my daily cat tax 😅

The cats that remember you
Back with Mabel, Grant and Indie again 🤍
I know who’ll be waiting for the Dreamies, who wants the tap turned on and who might prefer to watch me from a little further away! You remember all these little things about them and it’s lovely knowing that they remember you too.
These three definitely have a little piece of my heart 🤍

Ever wondered why your cat prefers the tap to their water bowl? Turns out, there are a few reasons behind it!
Is your cat team bowl, fountain or tap?

POV: the bakery is officially open 🤍

Cat sitting with the occasional plot twist! Cats will always be my speciality, but every now and then a booking comes with an extra little family member to look after too!
Definitely not my usual furry customer, but I was more than happy to add reptile care to the visit. Just another little part of what my cat sitting days can look like 🤍

Music, TV or complete silence? Every cat has their own preference, but keeping things familiar can help them feel safe and settled.

What does your cat prefer?
