🧡 Important Salon Update 🧡

I’ve put this post off for a while because I’ve really tried to keep my prices as low as possible, but unfortunately, I just can’t continue to do that anymore. 🥺

With the cost of electric, water, products, equipment and general running costs continuing to increase, alongside the impact of appointments being missed and no-shows, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce a small price increase on some services.

For some customers, this will be around £5–£10 more, depending on the service your pet requires.

I honestly haven’t made this decision lightly. I know everyone is feeling the pinch at the moment, and I’ve always wanted to keep grooming as affordable as I possibly can. ❤️

🦷 Emmi-Pet Teeth Cleaning

Our first teeth-cleaning appointment will now be £30.

After the initial treatment, teeth cleaning alongside your pet’s regular groom will be £5–£10, depending on the condition of their teeth and the amount of work required.

As always, we’ll be completely honest with you about what your pet needs and won’t recommend treatments unnecessarily. 🐶🦷

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who continues to support my little salon, recommends us, books regularly and understands that behind every appointment is a small business trying to cover its costs. 🥹🧡

Your support genuinely means the world to us. 🐾🦋

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to trust us with your gorgeous pets. ❤️

🐾💙 MEET TONY! 💙🐾

How gorgeous is little Tony, this adorable Maltese x Yorkie who came in for his very first groom with us! 🥹✂️🫧

At just 16 weeks old, Tony was an absolute superstar! ⭐️ He took everything in his stride and did incredibly well for his first experience in the grooming salon. 🐶💕

Those first grooming experiences are so important for puppies, helping them become familiar with the bath, dryer, brushing, handling and all those funny grooming noises in a positive way. 🛁🪮✂️

We were so impressed with this little man and can’t wait to see him again as he grows! 🥰🐾

Well done, Tony! You were a little superstar! ⭐️💙

☀️🐾 IMPORTANT FOR TODAY’S APPOINTMENTS 🐾☀️

It’s red hot outside today! 🥵🔥

Please avoid walking your dogs to the salon where possible, especially our older pups, short-nosed breeds and anyone who struggles in the heat. We don’t want anyone getting overheated before they even arrive! 🐶💕

If you’re driving, please feel free to put your hazards on and park outside the salon while you quickly drop your dog off 🚗🐾

Their safety and comfort comes first, so please keep those walkies short, stay in the shade and keep the water topped up! 💦☀️

Stay safe in the sunshine, everyone! 🐾🧡

🏆🐾 It’s that time of year again! 🐾🏆

Our salon will be closed from the 5th while we’re away at the Flyball Championships! 🐶💨

We’ll be back open as normal on Tuesday the 11th, ready to welcome all of your gorgeous pups back into the salon for lots of cuddles, baths, and fresh trims. ✂️🛁

If you need to get in touch while we’re away, please bear with us as replies may be a little slower than usual.

Thank you, as always, for your understanding and support. Wish us luck, and we’ll see you all on Tuesday the 11th! 💙🐾

⚠️ Important Notice ⚠️

We just wanted to make everyone aware of a small change to our payment policy.

Unfortunately, we have recently found ourselves having to chase payments after your pet’s groom has been completed. This isn’t fair on us as a small business and takes valuable time away from caring for the pets in our salon.

From today, all payments must be made before leaving the salon.

We are providing a professional service, and like any other business, we need to be paid once that service has been completed.

We accept:
💷 Cash
📱 Bank Transfer

We hope you understand why this change is necessary and we’d like to thank all of our wonderful clients who always pay promptly. Your continued support means everything to us. 💛🐾

Thank you for your understanding,
The Butterfly Pawz Team 🦋

🐾 A Little Salon Update 🐾

We absolutely love looking after all of your wonderful pets, but recently we’ve had an increase in no-shows, and we just wanted to explain why this has such a big impact on our small business. 💛

When an appointment is missed without any notice, it’s time that has been reserved especially for your pet. Unfortunately, it means another client has missed out on that appointment, and as a small business, it also means we’ve lost valuable income.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, and we’re always happy to help where we can. All we ask is that, if you’re unable to make your appointment, you let us know as soon as possible.

From today, any missed appointment without notice will incur a £20 no-show fee, payable at your next appointment.

We really don’t want to introduce deposits, but if the number of missed appointments continues to rise, it may become something we have to consider.

Thank you so much to all of our amazing clients who arrive on time or let us know if plans change. Your support means the world to us and helps keep our little salon running. 🐶🐱💕

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to pamper all your gorgeous pets. 🦋🐾
