Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Ted for a Day and Train 🌟

I’ve taught Ted for many years in different disciplines so the training session was just like training my own dog, very pleasurable 😊

We focused on Agility especially as we have a few competitions coming up soon! Jump skills, weave skills and contacts, just general all round practise. Ted is really great so it was fun. 🙌
It was quite warm so lots of water/shade breaks for him to cool off.

I’ve handled Ted many times before but it’s always nice to have a dog trust you enough to work them comfortably, like they would for their owner.

I look forward to having Ted again 😊

We used my sniff pots today for the first time in my advanced obedience class and the dogs loved them! For some of them it’s been a while since we did scent work and indications and for others they’ve never done them before, excellent work 👏🏻 Didn’t manage to get footage of every one but you get the gist 📸

A day of agility wins 👏🏻
🌟 Rudy - comfortably doing his seesaw after only recently introducing it 🎉
🌟 Weylon - first introduction to a dog walk and introducing a contact point target
🌟 Ria - perfecting her distance control ahead of her first show next week 🙌
🌟 Team Meg also had a tricky course tonight which they tackled very well (sadly no footage) ahead of our first show in 7 weeks next week 😌

A quick change of location this morning due to a Triathlon going at the Quay, so we decided to go to Beccles Common instead! A really lovely walk with a great group of handlers and dogs. Some of which joined us for their first ever practical walk and they did amazingly 👏🏻 Thank you for the great seating area, food and drinks ☕️

Last night’s Play Group! 😀
A chance for these dogs to have a group socialisation off lead together… which started with a bit of training and then off lead to do as they pleased.
Lots of zoomies, sniffing and co-existing. Learning to cope around new personalities and how to behave around dogs that may not like the same actions they do 👏🏻
I’m pleased it went well 😊
