Another happy Customer excited for his adventure.

Our dog walks are a little exceptional. Don’t take my word for it, just listen to how giddy dogs are for their walks 💙

More than a dog walker, because every decision starts with welfare!

Sometimes being a dog walker is about so much more than simply turning up for a walk.

When the forecast changes, our plans change too. We keep a close eye on the weather, adjust walking times, shorten routes, swap adventures for enrichment, and sometimes completely reshuffle the day to make sure every dog stays safe and comfortable.

It can mean hours of extra planning, messages, route changes and admin behind the scenes, but we’ll choose that every single time if it means protecting the dogs in our care.

Receiving messages like this reminds us that our clients understand why we do it. ❤️

Thank you for trusting us to always put your dogs’ welfare first. That’s never an inconvenience—it’s simply part of the responsibility that comes with caring for someone else’s best friend. 🐾

Once school and work schedules restart, a lot of dogs go from company most of the day to a much bigger stretch home alone, often with no real warning it’s coming.

Getting a regular midday visit booked now means it’s one less thing to scramble for once the routine actually changes.

☀️ So… the hot weather is back again.

You’ve probably seen enough posts telling you not to walk your dog in the middle of the day, so here’s something a bit different…

Did you know being too hot can affect your dog’s behaviour?

Just like us, dogs can become more irritable, less patient and find it harder to concentrate when they’re uncomfortable. Puppies can become extra bitey because they’re tired and struggling to settle.

All behaviour is communication.

So if your dog seems a bit different over the next few days, ask yourself why.

Their body is working hard just to keep cool. That leaves them with less patience, less energy and a much smaller battery for coping with everyday life.

Over the next few days, lower your expectations. Swap long walks and endless ball throwing for calmer activities, enrichment and plenty of rest.

Sometimes your dog isn’t telling you they need more exercise.

They’re telling you they need to cool down.
