Hello Louie 💛

Louie came into our care via a vets a couple of months ago , some how he had had his hind leg torn of and sadly had been like that for a week before being taken to the vets. Alley cats were asked to help and we did, he was booked in to have the remainder of the infected leg amputated.

Louie always wees in his litter tray but is not always consistent with his p**ps in the tray although this has become much better over the last little while. His p**ps are very firm and easy to pick up (similar to picking up dog poo on a walk). He tends to p**p overnight so we recommend he has his own little room overnight for this reason but then freedom of the home for the rest of the time.

Here’s a lovely little write up about him …

Louie is a lovely playful and affectionate character. He absolutely loves chasing feathers and will happily entertain himself by playing football with a toy. He’s a total lap cat. He loves cuddles, affection and curling up with his favourite person. He’s also very friendly with new people and is always happy to make new human friends.

He is building more strength in his leg every day. He can still climb and jump, although he can’t jump quite as high as he once could. He doesn’t let this stop him from enjoying himself and getting involved in all the fun. He’s very fast!

He would be best suited to a home where he can be the only animal, so he can have all the attention to himself and enjoy a calm, comfortable

Vaccinations are up to date. Flea and worm treatment is up to date. He’s a loving, entertaining and
resilient little character. He has been to visit the vet on a few occasions and has been given a clean bill of health.

He deserves a home where someone will appreciate his personality, celebrate his progress and give him all the cuddles he could possibly want.

Because of his disability he will need to be an indoor cat and a possible catio would be amazing but not essential.

Ivy is a lively and loving young cat who enjoys your company,even to the bath room. She chirrups and purrs,loves having her head and ears stroked and enjoys playing with her toys. She chatters at you to play, until you give in to those adoring eyes!

Ivy lived on the streets for a while and for this reason, she I’ll take a little time to settle into her new home. Once settles she will be your best friend & ideal companion but will continue to be wary of strangers and may hide or observe from afar.

She not a fan of being picked up but you may find her on the pillow next to you in the morning.

Ivy will need to be an only cat and would benefit from a quieter home where her new family can help to build her confidence back up. She will be fine with work hours.

No young children please.

Meet Snowdin 🖤

This handsome 13 year old chat is now seeking his forever home.

Here’s what his amazing Fosterer Rhonda says about him …

Snowdin is a gorgeous big black boy with an absolutely enormous heart. He can be very timid when you first meet him, especially after the difficult experiences he’s had leading up to being rehomed, so he may need a little time and patience to feel safe and learn that he can trust you.

But once Snowdin decides you’re one of his people, you’ll have the cuddliest, neediest boy imaginable! 🥹 He absolutely loves affection and will happily be carried around, snuggled up close and showered with cuddles. One of his favourite things is sitting right on your chest, soaking up all the love and attention he can get.

Snowdin also gives the most passionate head bumps — once he trusts you, he really knows how to show you just how much he loves you! ❤️

He may take a little while to come out of his shell, but that just makes winning his trust all the more special. Behind that initially timid exterior is a wonderfully affectionate, loving boy who desperately wants someone to call his own.

Snowdin is looking for a patient, understanding home where he can take things at his own pace and, once he’s ready, become the ultimate cuddle companion. If you win Snowdin’s heart, you’ll have a very loyal, loving and exceptionally cuddly best friend for life.

Snowdin will make an ideal companion for a quiet home, maybe a retired lady (as he seems to prefer women) or a couple who are willing to give him the time he needs to adjust.

Lots of assisted neutering appointments have been booked in this week , the only way to to stop the epidemic of hundreds of kittens being born is to neuter all cats from age 4mths , this is males and females , if you are genuinely struggling to afford to do this then please do message us cats and kittens adoptions and Enquiries
This scheme is not free but you pay some and we pay the rest at our own vets , a free microchip is also included.

This year has seen every rescue I know having to turn lots and lots of people away needing help because there simply is no more space, don’t let one cat turn into 20 neuter now !

Hello Nia 🖤

Meet our gorgeous black beauty Nia 🐈‍⬛ She is a 7yr girl who was relinquished to us because her owner was getting a little too old and frail to care for her.

Nia is the sweetest most affectionate little lady you ever could wish to meet. Extremely calm in temperament and she loves to give and receive kisses and cuddles!
Nia has lived with other cats before and is just as friendly and affectionate with children and I believe she’d make the perfect addition to any family.

Also and interestingly, black cats where honoured as sacred reflections of the Ancient Egyptian goddess of cats Bastet, who is said to bring protection, good luck and joy to any home 🏠 what more could you ask for!

Meet Snow White 🩵

This little lady is around 2 years of age and has just finished raising her babies so will be ready for her new home very soon.

Here’s what her fab Fosterer Zelina says about her …

She has the sweetest nature and just wants loves and strokes.

She is a long haired cat but due to the amount of fleas she had when she came to us, she did loose the length of her fur but this will definitely grow back. I’m sure you can see by her tail what an absolute fluff ball she is. She has the most amazing eyes and fluffy tail like a fox when it stands up in the air.

She deserves the best home, she loves attention so a home with sensible children will be fine.
She is already chipped and neutered, we just need to fatten her up and make sure she is 100% before leaving her 4 kittens.

Snow White is fine indoors but will enjoy a home where she can have access to the great outdoors once settled in.

We think she will be best as an only cat.

She will need a new owner who is prepared to brush her regularly, thankfully she loves a good brush!

Hello Rachel 💚

This lovely lady is almost three years old and is looking for a home to call her own. She is the most beautiful girl, with a gentle, sweet nature, loves tummy tickles and curling up on the sofa with you. She has the most beautiful green eyes!

She loves both wet and dried food and is litter trained & neutered.

Rachel will need to be an only cat but her gentle, sweet nature coupled with her very playful side means that she would be ideal in a home with sensible children.

Rachel will need a home where there is outside access once she’s settled in fully. Rachel also loves an “open door” policy in the home so she can choose where she wants to settle. She tends to settle at night on the sofa but may want to wander upstairs and curl up at your feet during the night.

Rachel will make an ideal family cat, although she loves attention, she is quite happy on her own if you have to go to work.

Heidi has come a long way from the scared little girl found outside, alone. She had truly blossomed in her foster home and is now ready to find a home of her own. She's a typical playful kitten with lots of energy. She particularly enjoys the company of her 7 year old junior fosterer so we feel she would suit a home with a sensible and calm child. She's also shown interest in wanting to get to know the resident cats so a companion is a must. Could this little sweetie be the one for you?
