⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommended!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Keith, lovely Maxine, and the entire team for the outstanding care they recently provided to our Ava when she underwent surgery for her aural haematoma.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and professional. The care and attention shown to Ava were second to none, and it was wonderful to see how relaxed and comfortable she was throughout the whole experience. As dog owners, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your pet is in such caring hands.

The genuine kindness, patience, and dedication shown by every member of the team made what could have been a worrying time so much easier. Ava has been looked after beautifully, and we are incredibly grateful for the excellent treatment and support we received.

Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of our precious girl. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Lovely feedback from the gorgeous Emile and the beautiful special Doberman Lunss beautiful Luna
Our Luna has had a bit of a rough time lately. 💔🐾

What started as an infection in her nail spread to the nail bed, and despite weeks of antibiotics and trying everything possible, the infection just wouldn’t go away. The difficult decision was made for Luna to have her toe amputated.

We honestly can’t thank the amazing team at Copper Beech enough for their care, kindness and support throughout it all. They have been incredible every step of the way and have looked after our girl as if she were their own. ❤️

The good news is that Luna is now home recovering, tucked up with her hot water bottle, surrounded by love and already enjoying being back where she belongs. 🥰

Here’s hoping today’s surgery is the end of it all and that it’s now onwards and upwards to a speedy recovery for our brave girl. ✨🐾

“I just wanted to take a moment to send you both a sincere thank you for the wonderful care you gave Wally this morning. The past few days have felt incredibly overwhelming—it seemed nearly impossible to get him into the pet carrier, with plenty of escapes and more than a few tears. By the time I managed to arrange everything and finally got Wally to you, I was completely frazzled. From the warm welcome we received from the team member who booked us in, to the kindness and reassurance you both showed, I’m truly grateful for your support.

Maxine, you haven’t changed at all—your big hugs and friendly smile still brighten even the most stressful days. Keith, your compassion and expertise continue to impress me, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. It means so much to us knowing Wally is in such caring and capable hands.

We’re hopeful that Wally will respond well to the tablets, and that we’ll be able to leave for our trip on Thursday, reassured that he’s in the best hands and will be okay. Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and all the care you provide—it truly makes all the difference.

Zara had been a nurse for over 15 years
she is exceptional with doing blood samples
helping with ongoing treatment and cases like Addisons disease with monitoring and reassuring patients
Giving a calm and reassuring prescience with end of life and euthanasia patients
she is a wonderful colleague, mum to 3 children
she goes the extra mile with nurse consults and giving advice to collegues and is much loved by us all

Our amazing nurse Stephanie has worked for us for over 7 years since finishing her degree
She brings knowledge, compassion, dedication and commitment to everything she does
She is our main anaesthetic RVN as she loves being in theatre and ward duties as she has an exceptional way of monitoring and knowing what patients need
if not pain relief then extra cuddles or just a chat with the owner regarding post op care
Stephanie you are one in a million and we salute you
