To everyone walking there dogs on grass amd the sand dunes, check their paws after and give a good brush down to check for grass seeds, stalks and foxtails.
All my grooms I have done lately they have been tucked up inside paw pads, toes and legs.
Its a costly trip to the vets if not and they may not check all areas for you.
I have a had a customer pay £200 for a sedation and a remval of 3 in between 2 toes.
I have groomed him two days later and found numourous ones sticking in him 🙁

Dear Formby Bubble:
AWARENESS/WARNING POST-
Warning to other dog/pet owners. Please keep an eye on your dogs. We took our 6 year old happy and healthy springer to Formby woods yesterday evening and sadly had to get him put to sleep this morning the vet believes he had ingested a poisonous substance his organs started failing him. The only place he could have ate it is in the woods there I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have the past 12 hours.
