🐶CANCELLATION POLICY🐶

Just a reminder that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy . There is a 50% missed appointment fee for no shows and cancelling inside the 24 hour period. This will need to be paid prior to rebooking.

We have taken the loss in the past however now the groomers are self employed they cannot afford to do this

Hi all word is out that I am moving to Cornwall. I’ve tried to tell as many of you in person as possible x

The good news is The Dog Spa is staying! The existing staff are now working from the shop in a self employed capacity. You will be able to book in the same way with experienced groomers. You can either pick a time that suits you or a groomer who you would like to regularly do your dog.

I will be back every few months so hope to see you when I’m back. Thanks for all your support and loyalty over the last 6.5 years! ❤️
