🐾 This Week’s Highlight! 🐾

Another busy week at Milly’s Paw Care, and thankfully it’s been a little cooler! 🌤️🐶

This week I had the absolute pleasure of looking after the lovely Honey every day while her parents were away. 🥰 Honestly, every photo of her just seems to get cuter and cuter! 💕📸

We are missing Nico this week after the silly boy hurt his paw while chasing a squirrel! 🐿️🤦‍♀️ We’re hoping he has a speedy recovery and will be back out enjoying his walks soon.

And then there was the weather… 🌧️😂 Me, Angus and Lucy got caught in some very torrential rain! Angus was absolutely NOT impressed, while Lucy seemed perfectly happy with the whole situation. 😂🐾

Fingers crossed for some cooler and much drier weather next week because I think the dogs (and their soggy dog walker!) have had enough of the rain! 🤞🌦️

Meet Margot 🐾💕

Please give a big welcome to Margot! 🥰 At just 9–10 months old, this gorgeous girl is already such an adorable little character!

Today was our first walk together, and despite the lovely Hampshire rain 🌧️😂, Margot did brilliantly!

She was a little unsure at first being away from her mum, but with plenty of encouragement, reassurance and, of course, a few bribe… I mean TREATS 😉🍖, she soon found her confidence!

Margot was really good on the lead and took everything in her stride. Although we have discovered she does have a slight obsession with finding sneaky snacks on the floor… 🍎👀 So we're going to be keeping a very close eye on this little scavenger!

Over the coming weeks, we'll be working on lots of positive socialisation, confidence-building and new experiences, helping Margot grow into the confident, happy bundle of joy she's destined to be. 🐶💕

I can't wait to watch her progress! 🥰🐾

Our group walks are perfect for friendly, sociable dogs who love exploring with their four-legged friends! Every walk is packed with exciting sniffing opportunities, exercise, and plenty of enrichment in a safe and caring environment.

🐶 Small, carefully matched groups
🌿 Adventure walks in a variety of locations
📸 Photo updates so you can see the fun
💧 Fresh water, treats (with permission), and lots of care

Spaces are limited to ensure every dog gets the attention they deserve.

🐾 Harley & Fraser Adventures! 🐾

Harley and Fraser are both full of energy, so today we took them to a private paddock down in Netley for some off-lead fun! 🐕💨

The space was perfect for them to run, stretch their legs and just have an amazing time together. We also added in some treat-finding games today to get those noses working too 👃🦴 Safe to say they absolutely loved it!

Lots of running, lots of sniffing and lots of fun — here's hoping we’ve got two tired boys tonight! 😴🐶

Our group walks are a great way for dogs to socialise, build confidence, burn energy and have lots of fun along the way! We currently have a few spaces available for friendly pups to join our packs. 🐶

🐾 9:00am – with Lola (Sholing & Woolston area)
🐾 10:30am – with Hunni

Tuesday
🐾 9:30am – with Nico (Shirley area only)
🐾 1:30pm – with Apollo (2-hour walk – Ocean Village area only)

🐾 10:30am – with Apollo (Ocean Village & Woolston area only)

Friday
🐾 9:00am – with Lola (Woolston & Sholing area only)

Due to the high temperatures forecast for next week, conditions may become too hot and unsafe for dog walks. I will confirm our plans by tomorrow.

🌞Walks can be changed to pop-in visits instead. If you would like a pop-in visit, please let us know and provide a rough preferred time.

Meet Honey 🐾

Honey has recently joined Milly's Paw Care s Paws Care and she spends one hour a week with me so she can burn off some energy while giving her mum a chance to focus on work.

Honey is a beautiful 4-year-old Springer who is absolutely adorable! She loves people, enjoys being around other dogs, and likes to say hello to everyone she meets.

For now, we're taking our time getting to know each other, but maybe in the future she’ll even join one of our group walks. I already adore her and I’m looking forward to spending more time with this lovely girl 💛
