I just signed the petition calling on Paula Vennells, the former CEO of the Post Office to be stripped of her CBE. Will you sign too?

How annoyed and upset do you think I was, being asked to put this third sign out this week?

How can you all help, in the ongoing campaign to reduce animal road deaths?

PLEASE SHARE THE POSTS WE PUT UP.

Please have 'THAT' conversation with your family and friends. Talk about how to drive safely across the New Forest, especially in the dark.

Speed is NOT always the reason for the accidents. Just being aware that livestock and wildlife of all shapes, sizes and colours will be on the roads day and night should change how people drive and ride.

We are pleased that every driver HAS reported the incidents.

It was all going so well this year, and we do expect a spike in numbers as the clocks change, but 3 dead ponies in 4 days is heart breaking, for all of us who work as part of the Animal Accident Reduction Group. But that is nothing compared to how the owners feel. Please remember all Livestock are owned by someone.

We are very conscious that Sat Navs are now used by most people, but please remember that a quicker route on a computer will not take into consideration the animals that will be on the roads.

The support of the driving public is vital to helping us reduce the animal fatalities.

If you don't care about the animals, think of your vehicle and the people in it. Your car or bike can easily be written off. Passengers and yourself can suffer after the trauma of an accident.

So again we ask everyone to and

Thank You. x
