Gorgeous Bear! 🐾

These photos are from July, when Bear came to visit me for the first time. Although he’s still a kitten and, as you can imagine, very inquisitive, he did absolutely amazing for his first professional groom! 💕✂️

He did have a few very minor ad hoc mats, but he was so good at allowing me to carefully and safely remove them.
With plenty of time to explore the van, calming music, treats, toy play and lots of cuddles, what better way to introduce him to professional grooming? 🥰

Handsome Boy Levi 🦁✨

I visited handsome boy Levi back in July on a lovely, warmer day over in Lymington, New Forest. He had some stubborn, tight mats throughout his coat, and his lovely owner was understandably concerned that they may have been causing him some discomfort. She was even prepared for the possibility that he might have to be completely clipped all over, so we perhaps prepared ourselves for a little lion! 🦁

Upon arriving and carefully assessing Levi’s coat, I could see and feel the matting, but I was pleased to find that I could preserve a good amount of his beautiful fur.

And just look at the difference! 😍 he also took a little snooze…. 💤 😂

All shiny, mat- and clump-free, with only a few little patchwork effects where the worst of the matting had to be removed. Most importantly, Levi was an absolute STAR for his very first professional groom. ⭐️

What a transformation for this handsome boy! 💙✨

🌟IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: A little business update 🤍🐾 PLEASE READ 📖

I have some bittersweet news to share.

For those who have previously enquired about becoming a new client, I had hoped to reach back out when I was in a position to take on new cats. However, after reviewing my availability, existing regulars and the number of outstanding enquiries, I have made the difficult decision that I will not be taking on any further new clients. 👎🏼

There is another reason behind this decision too and that’s because our family will be relocating away from the area completely. 🤍

This brings such mixed emotions. I’m excited for our next chapter, but incredibly sad to be leaving the area where I created my business and most importantly, all of the wonderful cats and owners I’ve had the privilege of meeting and grooming.

I know I have said it numerous times, but I truly love every cat I groom and I know I will be especially heartbroken to say goodbye to my regulars who I’ve built such lovely bonds with over my first year in business. 🥹🐾😔

Because we are moving quite far away and our exact moving date is still uncertain, I feel it is only fair not to take on any new long-term clients. I will also only have select availability from now.

For those currently waiting, I have over 25 enquiries to respond to following my annual leave. I will get back to everyone as soon as I can, starting from tomorrow, so please bear with me while I work through them.

Those waiting will be offered the option of a ‘one off’ appointment, although you are of course completely welcome to decline and find another local groomer who can continue caring for your cats floof long-term. 🐱

For all of my current clients: if you would like to pre-book an appointment before October, I really urge you to message me as soon as possible. I will be pausing my grooming ahead of our relocation, so availability will become very limited. 💕

As always, thank you so much for your patience, understanding and above all, your support for making my business so successful!!! I’m incredibly grateful for every cat, every client and every moment I’ve had the privilege of sharing with you. 🤍🐾

That’s it! 🐾 After a busy few weeks “CAT”ching up following the heatwave, I’m officially on annual leave!☀️✅

Although my books are currently closed, I’m still receiving enquiries, which is absolutely fine. However, if I’ve missed your message, I’m so sorry. With an influx of new clients starting, lots of general enquiries, and working right up until my annual leave, it’s been incredibly busy!😬📖

Once I’m back, I’ll be working through all of my enquiries and will get back to everyone as soon as I can. I’m also reviewing whether I’ll be in a position to reopen my diary, and I’ll be sure to keep you all updated.
