I’m sure you’ve all seen the sign we’ve had up in the salon for a few years now but please take note, we do charge extra fees. Late cancellations in particular. The last two weeks we have had so many last min cancellations ( less than 24hrs) as per our terms this incurs a charge. I’ve had a few clients cancel 2/3 times over the holidays. This results in a loss of £150 each time.
If you need to reschedule please give us as much notice as possible so we can fill the space and avoid adding fees.
Thanks for understanding, and of course thanks to those of you who never let us down 💕

The last 3 years we’ve turned away a lot of clients as we haven’t been able to accommodate everyone’s appointments so close to the big day but this year we’ve opened the diary early and agreed later closes to fit you all in.
