Hey Everyone

Just a couple of policy updates.

As you know for boarding stays I’ve never taken deposits and just requested full payment is made the day before drop off. Unfortunately this will now be changed to full payment one week in advance of drop off and is non refundable in the event of a client cancellation.

Also day care stays cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will now be charged the full amount rather than 50% .

I love all the pooches so much and put a lot of planning into which dogs are here together, or may need some extra considerations, to make sure their stay with me is as enjoyable as possible 🩷

This job is an absolute joy , but it is my job and as such , like everyone’s work I have running costs/bills and need to plan financially , unexpected losses with no time to fill spaces can hit quite hard .
