Good morning everyone, bit of a lengthy post here!
I know it’s been a very long time since I posted and firstly I want to thank everybody for the care and support you showed me and my family. It was wonderful. I’ll be honest in saying losing Daniel so suddenly (I was woken with a phone call through the night), knocked the absolute stuffing out of me and prompted a few health issues of my own (I’m definitely not getting any younger for grooming!). Eight months really only still feels like weeks.
Thanks also to the other local groomers for picking things up for me. I know many of you are very happy with a new routine and I wish you all the very best and thank you with much warmth for bringing your best friends to me over the years.
Going forward I’m still going to be grooming a little but vastly reduced as I want to try and keep some continuity for dogs, especially the golden oldies, I have groomed their whole lives.
Talking of golden oldies I’m sad to say we had to say goodbye this week to a dog you all know very well, Evie our toy poodle. She was a regular sight here whether sniffing around the pod or squealing at the door. She’s left a big hole for such a tiny thing.
All the dogs that have gone over the bridge leave a hole, I purposely don’t post when you lose your beloved pets as I don’t believe it’s my place, but I shed a tear for them all.
So! Thank you if you’ve read this far and I send you and yours lots of love and the very best of wishes. I have loved seeing you and your dogs, both past and present, they have been a big part of my life ###❤️🐾🐾
