Pog Pack - Content social Tulleys Pumpkin Nights on Sunday 11th October. Time TBC.

5 places available (This may equal to more than 5 dogs if some are multi dog households. Everyone will receive a goody bag and a “Cowboy Barker” Harness or collar and bow, long with a matching scrunchie for yourself. If you already own this harness you are more than welcome to come and join the social anyway!

Requirements

- As a small business, all Dug Pog products are free of charge, but you are responsible for buying your entry ticket to Tulleys.
- To wear the gifted Harness/Collar for content.
- Content to be shared on photo circle and give rights to be used by Dug Pog.
- Free items are not allowed to be resold, you will need to sign a waiver saying this. Please only apply if you love this product and it’s something you want to have adventures with your dog in.

If it’s not clear, yes this The Telegraph article triggered me. Once again making disability glamourised and appear like a trend. Becoming disabled has ruined my life. I don’t hide that. I also get backlash from sharing my disability. At times I’ve felt silenced. You see more online about disabled people because we are reclaiming the narrative, we are talking about our struggles, we are finding others who relate. Personally social media has been amazing for me because I felt so alone, none of my peers experience what I do. So finding out others understand what it’s like to live in agony makes me feel there is place for me in the world. People forget it takes one accident, injury or illness and this will become your life. If you live long enough you will become disabled. So why all the hate? This wasn’t always my life, so I can see how differently I get treated, and I will talk about uncomfortable things!

Bear is the definition of gentle giant! He is literally a kind cuddly bear and meeting him and having him rep for us at Crufts was one of my highlights and reminders of why I started Dug Pog! I go on about community a lot, but it’s because I think it’s the most important thing. When planning Dug Pog, before anything else I knew I wanted to build a community, one I needed during my darkest days. AND I AM SOOOO PROUD OF THE DOG COMMUNITY we have become 💚 Dog are our world, they are our saviours, but Dug Pog is about us to. Reminder that we are also important, that we deserve the love we give our dogs. As someone who is socially awkward I often find meeting new people hard, but with my dog that anxiety eases, sometimes it’s just about finding people with common interests. With this is how much we LOVE our dogs. So the Pog pack is celebrating you all and giving back. There are ALOT of fun things coming!
