I have noticed a significant concern is the application of light therapy immediately following an acute injury. While it may seem proactive, premature use can be counterproductive:
🟢 Disruption of the Inflammatory Phase: The initial acute inflammatory phase is a vital biological process. This stage involves vasodilation and the migration of neutrophils and macrophages to the site of injury to debride damaged tissue.
