🐾🧸 TOY RESTOCK DAY AT SARAH’S SEASIDE DOG SITTING! 🧸🐾

Our boarding dogs have had a VERY busy summer playing with our communal dog toy collection, so it was definitely time for a little restock! 🐶💗

From our ever-popular Scooby balls ⚽️ to snuffle mats, tug-of-war toys and plenty of squeaky fun, there’s something for every dog to enjoy! 🐾

And because we’re getting ready for the autumn & winter season, our Halloween 🎃 and Christmas 🎄 toys are already in the basket waiting for all our upcoming boarding guests!

There’s going to be LOTS of fun, games and toy-filled adventures here at Sarah’s Seaside Dog Sitting! 🥰🐶

Lola has, of course, already found her favourite… the FOOT-LONG Christmas peas! 🫛🎅😂
She’s getting stuck straight in!

🐾🌊 Another lovely day at Sarah’s Seaside Dog Sitting! 🌊🐾

Today we had the gorgeous Annie here for her doggy day care session. 💕 We made the most of the lovely seaside and enjoyed a little coastal adventure together! 🐶🌊

Meanwhile, Lola had a very exciting time exploring the newly constructed charity village tents, which are being busy set up ready for the Great North Run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎪

It was also so lovely to see two of my regular walkers, Harley & Daisy, today! 🥰🐾 Always lovely catching up with my regulars!

Another busy but happy day here at the seaside — full of waggy tails, adventures and plenty of fun! ❤️🐶

Sitting! 🌊🐶

Today we said goodbye to the gorgeous Skye & Jim after their lovely 24-hour stay with us. 🥰

These two are always an absolute pleasure to have here and they settled in beautifully, as always! ❤️

We’ve loved having them back for another little seaside stay and we’re already looking forward to seeing them again. 🐾🌊

🐾 BANK HOLIDAY FUN AT THE SEASIDE! 🌊☀️

Today we said goodbye to the very lovely Lucy & Murphy, who have enjoyed their coastal summer retreat with us. 💕 We hope you had the best time, guys! 🐶🐶

And then it was time to welcome some newbies to the seaside! 🥰

We’ve had a lovely Bank Holiday together — heading out for lunch 🍽️, exploring the park 🌳 and even having some fun at the skate park! 🛹🐕

Of course, no British Bank Holiday would be complete without getting caught in the rain! ☔️😂 So we headed home for some drying off, cuddles and a well-earned rest. 🛋️💤

🌿🐾 A Seaside Dog Sitting Summer Adventure! 🐾🌿

Today, Sarah’s Seaside Dog Sitting headed out for a lovely family day at the beautiful Belsay Hall with Lucy, Lola & Murphy! 🐶💕

We explored the woodland walk, took in all the beautiful surroundings and had lots of fun enjoying the Summer of Fun activities. 🌳☀️🐾

It was such a lovely way to finish off the summer holidays, and the dogs absolutely loved having an adventure together! 🥰

✨ And this is what makes Sarah’s Seaside Dog Sitting a little different…

All of our boarding dogs are included in our dog family days out! 🐕❤️ When your dog stays with us, they become part of our family and get to enjoy our adventures, not just a stay in the house.

From seaside walks to woodland adventures, we love making their stay as fun, exciting and memorable as possible. 🌊🌳🐾

🐾 Welcome to the seaside, Murphy! 🌊🐶

On Monday we welcomed Murphy, the gorgeous Australian Labradoodle, for his 7-night seaside stay with us. 🏡💙

Murphy settled in straight away like he’d always been here! 🥰 He wasted no time making friends and has already been enjoying socialising with Lucy and Lola. 🐾🐾🐾

We’re looking forward to lots of fun, adventures, cuddles and seaside memories over the next week! 🌊☀️

Every Dog Deserves a Chance 🐾❤️

Reactive dogs deserve to enjoy walks and adventures too. ❤️

At Sarah’s Seaside Dog Sitting, I offer a personalised one-to-one service for dogs who may need a little extra understanding, patience and space.

I truly believe that being reactive shouldn’t mean a dog has to miss out on experiencing the world. Every dog is different, so I adapt my approach to suit the individual dog. That might mean crossing the road, changing our route, finding quieter areas or simply choosing a quieter time of day.

It’s all about working with the dog, not against them. 🐾

Merlin is a perfect example. He can be quietly reactive, but with time, patience and the right amount of space, he is becoming less reactive and much more confident. And when he does react, we have a plan in place and I know exactly how to support him.

Because underneath those reactions is the sweetest, softest and friendliest boy. 🥹❤️

I’m so proud of how far Merlin has come, and I’ll continue to give him the time and understanding he needs to enjoy his walks.

Every dog deserves a chance. Every dog deserves to be understood. And every dog deserves to enjoy their walk. 🐶❤️

🌊🐾 Izzy’s 4-Night Seaside Retreat 🐾🌊

On Sunday we welcomed the lovely Izzy for her 4-night seaside retreat while her paw parent is away at a wedding. 💕🐶

We started with a relaxed settling-in session, giving Izzy plenty of time to find her bearings and get comfortable in her home-from-home.

Then on Monday, we headed down to the seafront for a lovely outing! 🌊☀️ Izzy was particularly pleased to discover the beach and had a great time exploring Marine Park, investigating the pond and even making some new friends along the way. 🦆🐾

And can we just say… she is absolutely amazing for 13 years old! 🥰 She’s full of character, curiosity and still loves a good adventure.

We’re looking forward to more seaside fun with this lovely girl during her stay. ❤️🐾
