The boys enjoying some sub zero therapy 🥶 on the Zamar Machines.

As many of you know, I’m a bit tendon obsessed and a bit of a boot snob when it comes to the horses legs and protective wear. Having worked in racing I’ve done a lot of rehabilitation and post trauma work with tendons using various cooling methods to work a leg, including the use of a Zamar machine. I recently had the opportunity to purchase a second machine and have since incorporated its use into our daily routine post any strenuous work out, days jumping etc to see if we can optimise tendon health and recovery .. The last couple of pics are of Po toward the end of last year when he decided to have a fight with a five bar gate, subsequently bruising his tendon sheath .. the result within 3 days was amazing !!
