And there he is
a man lying on the ground as if the day finally stopped asking something from him.
No revelation.
No achievement.
No conclusion.
Just the quiet recognition that nothing is missing from this moment except the constant demand for it to become something else.
Stillness does not explain.
It reveals.
Not through effort,
but through the absence of it.
A hand resting on fur.
Eyes closed against the heat of the evening.
Someone nearby, half in the frame, fully in the moment.
The ordinary life most people rush past while searching for life.
And perhaps that is why stillness unsettles people.
Because in stillness, the structures built from becoming begin to loosen.
The race loses momentum.
The identity has nothing to hold against.
What remains is simple enough to be overlooked:
grass,
breath,
dogs,
summer,
silence.
And yet, inside that simplicity, an entire world untouched by ambition quietly continues existing.
Stillness delivers more than words
because words try to reach.
Stillness already arrived.
