Swaggle Dogs

Swaggle Dogs We provide fun dog walks in the countryside and our secure field. For socialisation and enrichment. Welcome to swaggle Dogs! Thanks for stopping by!

Swaggle dogs don’t just walk, they run, play, swim, socialise and much more. What are the main ingredients of a happy and well behaved dog? Love, food and exercise. Exercise for a dog, just as it is for a human, is a mind and body workout that is essential to their everyday life. It uses all of their senses and results in a sleepy, peaceful animal. Isn’t that what you want to come home to after yo

ur busy day? We realise that there are many time constraints and commitments in everyday life that don’t always allow for the exercise your dog requires so we want to make that a little easier for you by taking the strain of the long and often muddy trip out with your dog off your hands when you need us. Is there something that your dog isn’t quite achieving? Not listening to commands, barking when left alone, not being toilet trained or just being generally disruptive? You would be surprised what a good mentally stimulating walk can do for their habits. Initially we would make a home visit in which we would get to know you and your dog with the hope of meeting both of your needs. We realise that your dog is important to you and as dog owners ourselves we wouldn't expect anything less if we were in your shoes. With 79 years of experience (between the three of us!) under our belts we are more than confident that we can fulfill all of your doggy needs in a daily walk but with a twist. This could be as basic as the sit command or as much as off lead training, swimming and socialisation. It really depends what you want to get out of us and this can all be discussed at the free consultation. We aim to get to know your dog and create trust from the word go as this is the most important part of dogs and their walkers relationship. (that and a few treats thrown in!)

We really hope that you will put your trust in us and give us a call, text or email for more details. For more info visit our website www.swaggledogs.co.Uk, call on the number listed or send us a facebook message.

Hi all.
This week is looking to be super hot again so there will be no afternoon walks at all and potentially no morning walks but I don’t want to make your lives difficult by not walking your dogs at all!
It’s in the 30’s all week and it’s just not safe for the dogs.
I can offer pop in visits, water refresh and pop some wet towels down, quick play and toilet break. I’m thinking that’s the way to go this week.
As we walk quite a few doggies in their twilight years and a fair few brachycephalic breeds (flat noses) I really don’t want to risk their health.
Yay to being a dog walker in a heatwave!!

Cute walk with my big boy and some very well behaved doggies. Horse flies like me, that’s a fact!!

Hello peeps.
Little update on the drama that seems to be my life lately!

I attempted to drive today for the school run and my eye check up and I realise it’s just not safe enough yet. I will be returning to work on 30th June when I’ll be fully healed and not squinting at the sun!

Thank you all of you for being so amazing and baring with me, I know how rubbish this is but I appreciate your patience massively! Can’t wait to get back to it and see all of the doggies :)

Xx

Hi one and all.
My beautiful Dottie decided to scratch my eye by accident and I’ve been in hospital most of today.
My cornea has a scratch the size of a petit pois which has impaired my vision substantially.

Unfortunately I will not be able to drive for two weeks so unless I can find work cover in the next 48 hours, all walks will have to be cancelled.

If you have read this please comment so I know who I need to contact directly. Dogs ey!!
