Message or call for any enquiries! I decided to set up Sniffy walks to be able to offer more dogs enriching walks that satisfy them both mentally and physically. I like to really get t

o know the dogs I walk on a one to one basis. I allow them to sniff, encourage them to sniff and quite often it's a dog led walk... They follow their nose which for them, is a wonderful adventure. I pride myself in working with anxious dogs and the progress is just fantastic to see. The feedback I have received has been wonderful. I am currently working towards a level 6 advanced diploma in behaviour with the International School of Canine Psychology. My husband now works with me and we have decided this is the best job ever...
I make snuffle mats which are an enriching tool for dogs to use their nose at home. Please get in touch for more information, we have just started offering adventure sniffy walks which are over an hour long, coaching walks to help with loose lead walking, recall, impulse control and walking in many different areas to help build up confidence in the anxious ones.

Today has been SO much fun.
We've had scent detection & man trailing.
We've had anxious dogs, rescue dogs, reactive dogs, boisterous teens and each and every one has smashed it .
Well done everyone, you all made me smile so much. Thank you to Off-Leash Obedience for your support, guidance & inspiration Vicki Main & Sally Gutteridge for the awesome group for trainers to help build my confidence

Training with kindness isn't rocket science.
I'm sick to death of ' Tiktok' trainers sharing ' tips'
Please be careful what you Google, what you watch and following trends. This type of ' training ' is purely human ego gaining ' followers'
Training with tools or harsh equipment is not needed.
There are NO quick fixes, it all takes time!
Our dogs are not robots, they need to sniff, they need natural outlets, they need rest, they need a good diet, they need kindness.

If you need some help there are heaps of ethical trainers out there.

Puppy school in the rain!! They all did so well as rain is unfamiliar.
Did you know the rain wakes up all the scents so it makes everything extra interesting!!

Finally cool enough for an evening session.
We worked on impulse control, boundaries, re call around distractions, loose lead walking and some of the teens showed off some awesome tricks. Short bursts of training through fun & connection.

It's fast, it's furious, it's fun..
This beautiful lab and her guardian have completed bronze & silver UK sniffer dogs with me. Next steps....track & trail work.
We all loved great, great fun and she worked so hard, enjoying every second..That's what it's all about!!
