A few months ago, our Head Nurse, Kara, brought her cat Rupert in for a dental. 🐱🦷

Our dental specialist, Dr. Suzy, performed dental X-rays as part of his procedure — and spotted something suspicious that could easily have been missed without X-rays!

👀 Can you spot what Dr Suzy saw?

Take a look at Rupert’s X-rays and let us know what you think you can see! 🩻🐾

We’ll reveal the answer soon… 👀

Heading on a staycation with your dog this summer?☀️

Dr Tom Evans, Partner at Medivet St Helens and Medivet Prescot, shares everything you need to know, from travel tips, to hot weather and swim safety 🐶

We’ve been contacted by the owner of a missing cat who is desperately trying to locate their beloved pet.

With the warm weather, cats will often seek cool, quiet places to hide and sleep, and they can easily sneak into open garages, sheds, outbuildings, and even cars without being noticed.

Please take a moment to check your garage, shed, greenhouse, and any other enclosed spaces before closing them, especially if they’ve been left open during the day.

If you’ve seen a cat that looks lost or unfamiliar in your area, or if you find a cat that may have wandered into your property, please contact the practice as soon as possible.

We know how heartbreaking it is when a pet goes missing, and we’re hoping that with the help of our local community we can help reunite this much-loved cat with its owner. Thank-you for your support and for sharing this post.

Deceased Cat Found – Please Share

We are sadly trying to locate the owner of a deceased black and white cat that was found on London Road, near the M4 slip road heading towards Heathrow.

The cat was black and white, had a clipped right ear, and was not microchipped.

If you think this may be your cat, or you know someone who is missing a cat matching this description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please share this post to help us reach the owner and provide them with some answers during what will be a very difficult time.

Thank-you.
